Bio
• First Prize at the XXI Xalapa Piano Competition , National Chamber Music Competition, Maria Clara Cullell Piano Competition in Costa Rica and the UNEAC Piano Competition in Havana.
• Slatkin/Composers Competition at Manhattan School of Music, Finalist of the 66th Chopin Kosciuszko Foundation , Recipient of the Munz Foundation Competition, and 1st Prize at the Young Musicians Competition.
• Has performed with Paquito de Rivera (Lincoln Center) the MSM Afro Cuban Jazz Band, Pedrito Martínez (Radio WBGO), Pedro Giraudo Tango Quartet, and Jorge Glem (both recipients of the Latin Grammy Award).
·Has performed in masterclasses taught by Luca Chiantore, John Salmon, William Wolfram and Kirill Gerstein. He has also received lessons about contemporary music with Anthony de Mare. Since 2017, he is a scholarship student of Solomon Mikowsky, in the Bachelor of Music program at Manhattan School of Music in New York.
