Hello my name s Samuel Lerner I m a parisian jazz piano player curently currently living in NYC with an O1 artist Visa.
In 2012, I made my first trip to New York and recorded his album “Zomb(i)ebop” with legendary drummer Leroy Williams and bassist Tal Ronen released on the French label Black and Blue. Multiplying trips across the Atlantic, I recorded a second album in 2018 “Fall’s Start” with drummer Clifford Barbaro and bassist Ben Meigners released on the New York label Gut String Records. In 2018, I recorded as a sideman with French guitarist Felix Lemerle, Bertha Hope Ari Roland on my own label « TzimTzum Records » and legendary drummer Jimmy Cobb (member of the Miles Davis quintet featuring on mythical album Kind of Blue)
I recently recorded a new solo and duo album “BARBARHYTHM” with alto saxophonist Jean Paul Adam on the Jazz Family label. Aside my concerts and recording activity I have been teaching for more than 15 years piano and music theory at the conservatory in Paris and also in music schools to young kids. I have a huge experience in teaching to students of all levels and ages

I m a jazz piano teacher, I teach improvisation on Broadway standards but also on any other style of music (Rnb, Groove, Funk, Hip Hop) I provide music theory lessons (harmony, songwriting, chords, scales) I also have a huge experience teaching young beginners, I worked in multiple schools in Paris with young kids
