New York City Music Teachers Online launched in June 2016, inviting music teachers from all over New York City to register their services and create their own dedicated teaching page online.

Who started NYCMTO?

Michael Story began NYCMTO after returning to New Zealand having spent 6 years in New York City performing and traveling as an electric and acoustic bassist. Michael graduated from the Christchurch Jazz School in 2004 and completed his honours degree at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne.

Michael is currently performing around New Zealand whilst maintaining NYCMTO and designing sites for musicians, artists and small businesses.
